This hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood, which means that you can expect a quiet area to relax and feel safe. The nearby areas are good for a stroll. Breakfast is great – with skilled chefs who can perform live cooking and make delicious Chinese noodles right in front of you. The staff are polite and courteous – with a special shout-out to William, who goes above and beyond to assist guests.
The temperature of the indoor swimming pool is quite inconsistent and cannot always be trusted for an enjoyable swim.

We liked the fact that we chose suzhou marriott. Wu Zhong neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. We could easily park onsite. We were in front of Tianping Mountain

Luxurious amenities and great service
Staying at this hotel was a very luxurious experience. The room was equipped with exclusive amenities, including a relaxing sauna and a well-maintained swimming pool. The staff provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond to cater to my needs. From in-room breakfast to visits to the Spa & wellness center, everything was top-notch. The location advantages were also very convenient, with a nearby garden area and great barbecue facilities.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited dining options at the on-site restaurant and bar. Although the quality of the food was excellent, the menu was somewhat limited, and the selection of snacks at the bar was also quite modest.

The room was small and not very clean. The staff was also not very attentive or welcoming, which made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.

The breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of both hot and cold dishes—I recommend trying the omelettes! , the hotel was located in a lively area near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
the internet speed was a bit slow, which made working remotely a bit challenging.
